Working principle
The material liquid is heated by the steam outside the heat exchange tube in the heater, resulting in an increase in temperature. Under the action of the circulation pump, the material rises into the evaporation separator. Due to the decrease in static pressure of the material, it evaporates, producing secondary steam that overflows from the material liquid. The material is concentrated and becomes supersaturated, causing crystal growth. The material that is released from supersaturation enters the forced circulation pump and, under the action of the circulation pump, enters the heat exchanger. The material continues to evaporate and crystallize in a cyclic manner, achieving separation between substances and purifying chemical substances and obtaining chemical products.
